01 / 05The challenge

Growth without technology leadership is expensive.

Without a CTO or IT director, technology decisions are made piecemeal, investments are hard to evaluate, and boards and investors ask for a roadmap nobody has written.
  • 01No CTO or IT director to guide technology decisions
  • 02A board or investor asking for a technology roadmap
  • 03A major technology investment that needs a second opinion
  • 04Processes that are still manual or paper-based

02 / 05Our approach

A costed roadmap and an advisor to execute it.

We run structured discovery across leadership, operations, finance and frontline staff, assess infrastructure, systems, security and process, and build a prioritised, costed roadmap. Because we do not resell hardware or platforms, the recommendations are independent.

05 / 05FAQ

Questions, answered.

EFS Systems does not sell hardware or a specific platform, so roadmaps and recommendations are vendor-neutral.

A prioritised, costed action plan with sequencing and budget ranges, and a clear view of what happens if nothing changes.

It can be, but roadmaps without an advisor to execute them often go unused. Most clients choose a fractional advisory relationship and an annual roadmap refresh.

Structured stakeholder discovery, a current-state assessment, a prioritised and costed roadmap, a leadership or board presentation, agreement on what EFS executes or advises on, and at least an annual review.
